🏥🏥"I went to a hospital to visit my friend Amy, who just had a surgery. She saw me entering in the room and looked excited, she held my hands and said, "I want to believe in God, after I leave hospital, I will go to church with you." I was surprised because I preached the gospel to her for many times, but she refused. She said, she knew believing in God is a good thing, but she didn't have time and she would like to make more money since she was still so young, that's the most important. 💭💭So I asked her how she changed her mind and wanted to believe in God. She said, she figured out many things after the sudden disease, especially when she was lying on the operating table, she didn't know whom to rely on, and felt deeply that money can't save her. Money can buy material things, but can't buy man's life; doctors can cure disease but can't bring back man's life. She felt man's life is so fragile, didn't know if she could get off the operation table alive. When she felt extremely afraid, she thought of the passage of God's words I read to her the other day. 💥God's words say, "To dwell in sickness is to be sick, but to dwell in the spirit is to be well. If you have but one breath, God will not let you die. … God’s word is potent medicine,” . She didn't completely understand it, but she seemed to see a ray of light. She knew that no one could save her now, and rested her last hope on these words. She tried to rely on God, hoping God would help her. When she did this way, she was not afraid of the surgery anymore, nor death... Later, the surgery was done successfully. She knew that was God's guidance and grace. Then she changed. She said, she used to be so stupid, thinking that having money means everything, but her health was damaged in order to make money, and almost lost her life. Now she truly felt: what our life needs is not money, nor good material enjoyments, but the true reliance when something happens, thus, can we feel peaceful and at ease. I gave thanks constantly to God after hearing her words.📖📖Then we together read a passage of God's words, “All that God does is done to lay a foundation for your salvation, to prepare the road ahead and to prepare all necessary conditions for your salvation. Straight away at each person’s specified time, God brings them back before Him—when the time comes for you to hear God’s voice, that is the time you come before Him. …….So what kinds of ways does God use? God sets out various people, events, and things so that man may see His existence and His deeds within them. For example, there are some people who believe in God because someone in their family is sick, and they say “One of my family is sick, whatever shall I do?” Some people then say “Believe in Jesus!” So they start believing in God, and this belief in God has come about because of the situation. So who arranged this situation? (God.) By means of this situation they turn to God.
