Do You Really Understand the Truth Behind the Shandong Zhaoyuan Incident?

He Hongchang (Director of the brainwashing center): I’m sure you’re aware the government has invested a lot into trying to save you all, setting up educational courses specifically for Christians like you. You should really treasure this opportunity. If you study hard, you’ll be out of here in no time. I’m sure you can see that you’re a sensible man. Following God in a world controlled by the Communist Party will get you absolutely nowhere. The Communist Party is a revolutionary, atheist party. It can’t ever permit the existence of God or the appearance and work of God. Everyone knows the Communist Party deemed Christianity and Catholicism cults very early on, and declared Christian scripture, the Holy Bible, a cult book. This Church of Almighty God of yours makes the claim that the Lord Jesus has returned as Almighty God, appearing in China to do the judgment work of the last days. This isn’t tolerated. Isn’t it natural for the government to suppress and ban it? If Jesus were born in the present age, appearing and working in China, that’s all the more reason to have Him crucified, no, shot ten even a hundred times. You hadn’t thought that part through, had you? For so many years, the Chinese government has suppressed and attacked Christian churches. The goal has always been to build up China as an atheist region to ensure the Communist Party remains in power forever.

Photo Exhibition: Almighty God's Appearance and Work and the History of The Church of Almighty God

Photo Exhibition: Almighty God's Appearance and Work and the History of The Church of Almighty God

The Lord Jesus prophesied, "And, behold, I come quickly" (Rev 22:7). "For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even to the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be" (Mat 24:27). "For as the lightning, that lightens out of the one part under heaven, shines to the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation" (Luk 17:24-25). "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches" (Rev 2:7). Today, these prophecies of the Lord Jesus have all been fulfilled. Many who long for the appearance of God, and yearn for the arrival of the Lord Jesus upon a cloud, have heard the voice of God, and been raised before His throne. In 1991, in the world’s East, China, a Son of man began to speak, shattering the dark night’s silence before dawn, and rocking different Christian denominations in China. People were overjoyed and rushed about telling each other, testifying that the Lord Jesus had returned and God had begun to speak.

Hong Kong's Ta Kung Pao Attacks and Defames The Church of Almighty God—What Does This Portend?

Hong Kong's Ta Kung Pao Attacks and Defames The Church of Almighty God—What Does This Portend?

November 2017, a series of incendiary reports came out of Hong Kong. Ta Kung Pao and Wen Wei Po, both pro-CCP leftist newspapers, published a media onslaught of 17 articles in a frenzied attempt to discredit The Church of Almighty God, a legally registered religious entity in Hong Kong. This kind of media attention occurring in mainland China under the dictatorship of the CCP would not be cause for comment. However, this occurred within the democracy of Hong Kong, supposedly under "one country, two systems."

Professor Raffaella Di Marzio: The Church of Almighty God—A Peaceful Home for the Soul

In recent years, as the authorities of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has escalated its persecution of religious freedom, some Christians from The Church of Almighty God (CAG) were forced to escape from China to seek asylum in democratic countries overseas. When these Christians settled down in the countries that allow religious beliefs, they were given free space to create video works. Various video works independently produced by these CAG Christians are attractive to more and more people. Dr. Raffaella Di Marzio, director of the Center for Studies on Freedom of Religion, Belief and Conscience (LIREC) in Italy, also a professor, social activist and psychologist, who has acquainted herself with CAG Christians and its video works, is deeply moved by the movie Where Is My Home in particular. The Hypocritical CCP Instigates Farcical Demonstration in South Korea

Since coming to power, the CCP has never stopped persecuting religious belief. Especially since Xi Jinping has taken office, religious persecution, and in particular, the suppression of Christianity, has escalated to new heights today. The unscrupulous suppression, arrests, and persecution have not only been carried out against house church Christians. Even officially-run Three-Self churches and crosses have been demolished in large numbers. Christians have been arrested, sentenced, and jailed in large numbers, and some have even been beaten to death. Countless Christians have had to flee their homes to avoid the CCP’s arrest, unable to return, and many Christians have been persecuted so severely that they have no choice but to flee to democratic nations to seek asylum.

As everyone knows, since it took power the Chinese Communist Party has been madly suppressing religious beliefs and doing its utmost to ban house churches. Its persecution against The Church of Almighty God is especially serious. Many Christians of the church have been caught and subjected to the CCP's oppression and persecution, and countless fleeing from the arrest have been unable to return home and lived in exile, with their families shattered. Human Rights Day: Chinese Christians Abroad Express Support for Persecuted Mainland Groups

Human Rights Day: Chinese Christians Abroad Express Support for Persecuted Mainland Groups

Seventy years ago as the gunpowder smoke from the Second World War was just dissipating, from the tragic cost exacted by the war people began to reflect and realize the importance of upholding basic rights for humanity. On December 10, 1948, the United Nations passed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, establishing that everyone is equal in dignity and human rights. In spite of the fact that China signed this U.N. declaration, in practice, the Chinese Communist Party has never implemented a single article, all the while proclaiming China’s human rights and freedom of religion as well as doing its utmost to cover up the truth of its persecution of religious beliefs and violations of human rights in order to deceive the people of the world. On December 10, 2018 at the commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights across Italy, Christians from The Church of Almighty God, which has been most seriously persecuted by the CCP, expressed their support for all persecuted groups in mainland China.
